Todd began developing his reputation as one of the South’s premier builders over twenty years ago. Since that time he has continued to hone his skills as a builder, manager, and designer. His ever-growing list of satisfied customers is a testament to his unwavering commitment to superior construction and design.

 

Uniquely qualified as a designer/builder, Todd combines his education, talent and experience to provide products that surpass client expectations. He holds a business degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from Georgia Tech’s College of Architecture.

 

Having received multiple local and regional awards over the past two decades, recognition for Todd’s talents reached the national level in 2018 when he was named Southern Living Magazine’s Custom Builder of the Year.

 

Recognition by the industry and your peers is both “wonderful and humbling” according to Todd. But, “I receive my greatest reward in seeing my customer’s joy at the finished product. Providing this work is my gift back to them for their trust and to my Lord for all of my countless blessings.” Chief among these blessings is his wife of 30 years, and their four children.
